BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Cawthra is responsible for the development and promotion of CCI’s key
properties including Harry and his Bucket Full of Dinosaurs,
Ghost Trackers and Timeblazers. She liaises with global licensing, promotional
and broadcast partners to maximize brand exposure and revenue.
Cawthra began her career working in communications at Alliance Atlantis in
the broadcasting division. She then moved over to Gullane Entertainment PLC (Thomas & Friends,
Guinness World Records) where she oversaw the company's global marketing efforts,
managing marketing teams in the US, the UK and Canada. In 2003 she took a position
as Strategic Brand Consultant at Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana where she
managed the growth and development of existing and emerging children’s
brands including Miss Spider, Fairly OddParents and Backyardigans.
