CAMBIUM ENTERTAINMENT AND CATALYST ENTERTAINMENT MERGE TO FORM
CAMBIUM CATALYST INTERNATIONAL
Arnie Zipursky CEO of Cambium Entertainment and Charles Falzon CEO of Catalyst
Entertainment announced today that Catalyst and Cambium have merged to form a
new company, Cambium Catalyst International that will be known as (CCI Entertainment)
The merger of the two companies will join the creative talent responsible
for The U.S. Gold Parents Choice Award production of Sharon, Lois and Bram's
Elephant Show; Gemini award-nominee for both Monster by Mistake and Nilus The
Sandman; the internationally acclaimed Eckhart; and the successful Gourmet Excursion
brand; Avventura, Journeys in Italian Cuisine and Entrada, Journeys in Latin
American Cuisine. The CCI Entertainment library will contain a significant showcase
of successful Canadian productions.
Arnie Zipursky will be Chairman and CEO of the joint company and Nancy Chapelle,
currently President of Catalyst Entertainment, will be named President of the
combined companies. Charles Falzon will remain on the board as a director.

for audiences of all ages.
