Rave Reviews for CCI produced CBC Pilot:
FOOLISH GIRL
CCI Entertainment (Cambium Catalyst International) is looking for a flash animation studio coproduction partner at MIP for a series based on the half hour pilot, Foolish Girl, which ran in Canada as a CBC special on Valentine's Day and received phenomenal reviews.

The Toronto Star wrote "for all of those who managed to resist THE SIMPSONS and SOUTH PARK, FOOLISH GIRL is impossible to resist"! The Toronto Sun wrote "Although the cartoon's hilarious script does have SEX AND THE CITY tendencies, gritty characters such as 'goth girl' and 'coffee slut' combined with habitual self-deprecating humour, give FOOLISH GIRL an edgier and more identifiable quality". The Toronto Globe and Mail said about this property "in wit and spirit it's as good as any recent Canadian TV production".

Foolish Girl is an animated slice of life for city-drenched youth. Featuring our neurotic and angst ridden protagonist, Foolish Girl, we follow her adventures as she searches for a feeling of belonging and artistic freedom in the urban jungle.
