Canada/UK copro for Harry's Dinosaurs

Canada's Cambium Catalyst International has partnered with UK toon studio Collingwood O'Hare to produce a new animated series based on the classic children's storybook Harry & His Bucketful of Dinosaurs.

The (52x11') preschool series takes off from the original book, written by Ian Whybrow and published by UK outfit David & Charles.

The series will delve into the vivid imagination of a young boy who discovers a magical troupe of dinosaurs while searching in his grandmotherâs attic one day. He packs the magical prehistoric creatures into a bucket and carries them with him wherever he goes.

Production is set for autumn 2003 in the UK and Canada, and CCI Releasing will hold worldwide distribution rights. Brandissimo!, founded by Disney veterans David Snyder, Bill Gross and Frank Fraser, will handle the marketing strategy on the property.
